Darragh Garvey - Managing Director

Darragh leads DARGAR Services and holds overall responsibility for the direction and performance of the business. He is involved in day-to-day operations, including pricing, billing, and overseeing work as it is carried out, while maintaining final authority on all decisions. Darragh ensures standards are upheld across all areas, manages client relationships, and keeps the business operating in a structured, professional, and consistent manner.

Adam Hayden – Operations Manager

Adam is responsible for the day-to-day running of operations within DARGAR Services, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. He oversees on-site activities, coordinates jobs, and maintains workflow across the team. When required, Adam takes full control of operations, ensuring continuity, consistency, and that all work meets the expected standard.

Jack Garvey Director of Strategy & Growth

Jack supports the long-term direction of DARGAR Services, focusing on strategy, growth, and future planning. He contributes ideas, identifies opportunities, and provides input on the continued development of the business, ensuring that plans for expansion remain aligned with day-to-day operations.

Sean Morrin – Grounds Operative 

Sean works across a range of services within DARGAR Services, carrying out general garden maintenance, grass cutting, and site support. He plays a key role in day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and with attention to detail.

Sean Kennelly – Grounds Operative & Equipment Maintenance

Sean is part of the core team carrying out general garden maintenance and property work, including grass cutting, clean-ups, and upkeep of outdoor areas. He also plays an important role in the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, ensuring all equipment is running efficiently for every job.

Every member of the team is involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring a clear understanding of what is required to deliver a clean, high-quality finish on every job. We focus on doing the basics properly, from precise grass cutting and tidy edging to thorough clean-ups and attention to detail across all work.

There is also a strong mechanical understanding within the team, with in-house maintenance of equipment ensuring machinery is always running efficiently and jobs are not delayed. This allows us to stay consistent and dependable in our service.
